Renewal of Pharmaceutical Product Registration
        

From September 2010 onwards, all renewal of pharmaceutical products registration expired on 1 March 2011 or later will be processed through streamlined procedure as follows:

1. Notification for Renewal will be issued to individual holder of registration certificate with name(s) of pharmaceutical product(s) and corresponding expiry date(s) 6 months before expiry.

2. The holder of registration certificates(s) is required to completely fill in the Confirmation of Renewal - Form FPRN01 to confirm the renewal of each product enlisted in the Notification for Renewal.

3. Please refer to the Explanatory Notes for completing Form FPRN01 for details of the requirements.

Please return the completed Form FPRN01 to Drug Registration Unit of Drug Office within 30 days of issuance of the Notification of Renewal to:
