Please be informed that with effect from 1 January 2011, specimen sales pack of the drug/product is not required to be submitted together with the application for registration of a drug/pharmaceutical product. For registration of a substance, sample of the substance is still required to be submitted. However, the actual sale packs are required to be submitted not later than 6 months after registration of the product.
